Our Process
Selection & Washing
Fresh ash gourds are hand-picked and thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities.
Cooking & Flavouring
Gourds are simmered in a light sugar syrup, then infused with natural essences such as saffron, rose, and cardamom.
Crystalizing & Cutting
Each piece is carefully crystalized to achieve that signature translucent look, then cut into perfect bite-sized chunks.
Packaging & Dispatch
Once cooled and quality-checked, pethas are sealed in hygienic pouches and packed in sturdy, eco-friendly boxes for delivery.
